Paul E. Thelin focuses his practice on all aspects of real estate law and litigation, including the following:

Paul is an agent and approved attorney for both First American Title Insurance Company and Old Republic Title Insurance Company.

Paul is active in the community of Cape Elizabeth, where he lives with his wife, Barbara, since 1976 and where they raised two children. He has served on numerous town committees and boards, as past chairman of the Town’s Fort William’s Advisory Committee, Trustee of the Thomas Memorial Library, Chair of the Shore Road Pathways Committee, past Vestryman of St. Alban's Church, and has coached for various levels of soccer, baseball, and softball.

A Vietnam veteran, he was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army in 1970 and entered law school after completing his service.
