"This property is a dream come true for me and it would not have been possible without all of your guidance and professional support…I can't thank you all enough for sticking with me and this deal for over 12 months. It truly would not have been possible without all of your efforts and resilience…I hope that this transaction is one of many…Thanks for being such an integral part of this!!"-EG

“Thank you so much for handling my closing yesterday. You were very professional yet fun and approachable to my clients. I look forward to working with you in the future.” -LW

“I came to recognize and appreciate the value of two professionals who guided and accompanied me on my “post-graduate” education on Historic Tax Credits. I am so grateful that I had you both on my team. You both came to my rescue when rescue was needed. I am forever grateful to you both for your support and the “knowledge” that you both brought to the battle.” –KG

“I highly recommend the law firm of Ainsworth, Thelin, and Raftice. I have worked with several of the firm’s attorneys over the past twenty-five years concerning both personal and business issues and have been very satisfied with the quality of their work and the very reasonable fees that they charge. In the past several years most of my contact has been with Jerome Gamache. He has always done an outstanding job. He recently navigated the sale of my commercial property, a family owned motel which included both my home and a rental house. I always felt he had my best interest in mind. He demonstrated this by consulting with both my accountant and financial planner before writing the terms of the sale; he always responded to my phone calls and emails promptly; and, he was very flexible about meeting both in his office and at my business. Since he wrote up the terms of the sale and handled all the negotiations with the buyers, there was no need to hire a broker and pay a real-estate commission. Because his negotiating skills were so excellent, I was paid the asking price for the sale. Also, because his fees were so reasonable, my attorney fee was less than what I would have paid a broker. I cannot say enough positive things about both Jerome’s abilities and work ethic.” -ES

"Jerome Gamache and his team provided excellent support for a recent real estate transaction in an unorganized township in Maine.  Jerome took the time needed to understand the details of the property, pending Land Use Planning Commission (LUPC) subdivision permits, prior subdivision and deed requirements, covenants and easements.  He has a solid understanding of LUPC rules, requirements and processes, which was invaluable to navigate through the multitude of barriers that needed to be resolved prior to the property being ready to close.  Jerome was instrumental in making the deal come to fruition as he effectively became the project manager to get alignment of all parties (LUPC, Soils contractor, Surveyor, Seller representatives, etc.) to obtain required approvals and allow the deal to close.  He kept me very well informed throughout the process and was responsive to my questions and needs.  In short, Jerome and his team provided excellent service at a very reasonable cost.  I will definitely use their services again in the future." -JS
