With over 21 years of experience, Jerome’s real estate focus is on transactional real estate. He has helped thousands of people purchase residential and commercial real estate properties and works with numerous lenders, brokers, and title insurers. Over the past few years, he has developed a niche in the purchase and sale of Bed and Breakfast and Inn properties.
Attorney Vaillancourt’s focus has been on commercial properties as well as zoning and land use, and real estate litigation. He has worked in this area for more than 20 years.
John is the firm’s specialist when it comes to easements, boundary disputes, and zoning and land use. He has also developed a niche in the condominium and townhouse sector. He has assisted condominium boards in writing, revising and enforcing their by-laws. He has also assisted both the boards and the property owners in resolving disputes.
Attorney Dominguez primarily works on residential transactions. Prior to joining Ainsworth, Thelin & Raftice, in 2014 she spent some time working at the Maine Department of Environmental Protection gaining experience in the areas of property and water law.
Since joining the law profession in 2015, Jake has had a focus in transactional real estate. That focus has expanded to include commercial real estate since joining Ainsworth, Thelin & Raftice in 2016. He and Attorney Gamache have developed a niche in the hospitality industry.
