Former Nasson College Development Advances
ATR clients Nate Green and Chris Marshall advance another housing development project in Southern Maine. Attorney Jake Bowie and ATR are proud to have worked with Nate and Chris on the acquisition and title work necessary to secure the property and look forward to assisting with title for development financing with Nate and Chris going forward in tandem with Attorneys Rob Liscord and Dee Barton of Drummond Woodsum handling development, project financing and municipal approvals. Attorney Bowie previously worked with Chris and Nate on development of the Yarmouth Commons, a mixed-use development in Yarmouth, working with the developers from negotiation of the acquisition and purchase terms to title and loan advisement.
