Attorney Ryan Harke is an associate attorney at Ainsworth, Thelin & Raftice, P.A, specializing in Elder Law, Probate, and Estate Planning.
Ryan's practice focuses on helping clients understand, navigate, and achieve their estate planning, probate, and elder law goals. Ryan's practice includes assisting clients with wills, trusts and trust administration, probate litigation, guardianships & conservatorships, financial and health care powers of attorney, asset protection, estate planning, and Medicaid/MaineCare planning.
In 2024, Ryan earned his J.D. from the University of Maine School of Law, where he was a Case Note and Comment Editor for the Maine Law Review. After law school, Ryan worked as a Law Clerk for the Maine District Court. Following his clerkship, Ryan gained extensive experience in civil litigation, criminal law, foreclosure matters, eviction matters, and more.
In his spare time, Ryan enjoys playing the piano and organ, fishing, hiking, and exploring the outdoors in Maine.
